The intelligent picking robots and pallet handling systems of VisionNav incorporate multiple self-developed high-value patented technologies. For example, they adopt an adaptive machine vision recognition system developed with a large-field-of-view, high-precision AI+3D imaging system, and efficient dynamic path planning algorithms, which significantly improve the efficiency and accuracy of cargo sorting. This system features high precision, a large field of view, and a deep depth of field, with strong adaptability. It supports various objects such as cartons, 麻袋 (sacks), turnover boxes, and round barrels, and can quickly achieve accurate recognition of newly added objects.
At this exhibition, VisionNav Robotics demonstrated a fully automated distribution and direct shipping system for manufacturing logistics factories. The system consists of picking robots, mobile handling robots, and an AI+3D visual guidance system. It uses an innovative mixed palletizing algorithm combined with robot depalletizing and palletizing applications to achieve fully automated picking, greatly reducing human labor and improving the accuracy of order preparation and loading. The software system IPS serves as the control center of the sorting system. By analyzing orders, it automatically calculates the optimal mixed palletizing pattern in advance, drives mobile handling robots to deliver different SKU goods to picking stations, and the AI+3D vision system guides case-picking robots to grasp cartons of different specifications, completing mixed palletizing operations according to order pallet pattern requirements. After palletizing, the order pallets are transported out of the palletizing station by AGVs. The highlight of this case is that the pre-planned optimal pallet pattern and the intelligent palletizing software significantly enhance the production efficiency of mixed palletizing robots.
