How the system works

1、Task Receipt and Preparation: The IPS system obtains orders from the customer's business system, parses and generates full-case picking tasks, and schedules AGVs.

2、Robot Picking Operations:Visual Positioning: The 3D camera scans the material pallet, generates grabbing points, and sends them to the robot.Grabbing and Placing: The robot grabs single-box products from the de-palletizing position and places them onto the order-specific pallet as required.

3、After the picking of the order pallets is completed, the AGV transports the pallets to the stretch wrapping machine and labeling machine. After packaging, they are returned to the AS/RS buffer area via the customer's hoist or directly dispatched from the warehouse.

The full-case picking system is driven by the self-developed core software IPS (Intelligent Picking System), enabling mixed palletizing of robots and scheduling of peripheral docking equipment.
