The automatic picking project is a highly technically challenging part of the intelligent stereoscopic warehouse project. VisionNav Robotics has independently planned and designed it, and adopted a mixed-code picking system composed of industry-leading technologies such as the RCS control system, automatic mixed palletizing robots, mobile handling robots, and AI+3D visual guidance, overcoming several technical challenges.

This system uses an independently developed and innovative mixed palletizing algorithm. Combined with the depalletizing and palletizing applications of robots, it supports various objects such as cartons, jute bags, turnover boxes, and drums, achieving fully automatic picking, greatly reducing the demand for human labor, and improving the accuracy of preparing goods for loading.
